My New Hetalia OC Samoa

Yea I was bored so I just wanted, for some REASON, to make a Hetalia OC. I was very picky with choosing a country. I wanted one that was somewhat tropical, but I wanted to choose one that nobody thought of drawing. That was difficult because someone drew GERMAN Samoa, and I was like "UGH TIME TO CHOOSE AGAIN." I was to lazy to choose again so I left it and yea. It's not German Samoa or American Samoa, it's just SAMOA. Also don't ask about what's on her head, I tried making a headdress but it failed (at least I think it failed...) Anyways hope you like it
